  Staff have always been really helpful and patient, even for complex problems and transactions.
  Waiting in line is inevitable, but it's usually not that long.

  Went there to withdraw some cash on 31 May. Only one internal ATM available for cash withdrawals (which had a long queue) and only one teller available (with an even longer queue). Staff did nothing to help.
  NAB obviously want to discourage customers from coming in to the bank. I won't be going back there any time soon.

  When NAB waved the monthly fees many years ago I thought finally! A bank that stood different to other banks that had monthly fees that even till now they insist on monthly fees for every customer! Other reason why I think NAB is the best is that I was with another bank before NAB where I applied for loan, upon being approved about to sign the docs I discovered they made my rate higher to the previews rate which I agree upon without telling me. I had to read the smallest print to discover this. So I walked out and walked across to NAB applied there, the process was quick, transparent, no hidden scheme with lowest rate what a bonus! So I stayed with NAB ever since! My overall 9 years more or less experience? 5 star! Their branch are modern with friendly staff! However no banks gets everything 100% right! And there are always room for improvement! But if I weight the pros and cons between all other banks ro NAB, NAB wins Hands down! So thank you NAB for continued improvement and great one of a kind service.

  Very disappointing. My husband and I had an appointment, we wanted credit cards to replace the ones we had with another bank. We were received in the main area and asked how much was our income with no privacy. We were expecting to know more about the cards on offer but all we had was an interrogation as we were guilty of something. My husband lost patience and because it was most unpleasant, we just left.

  Would like to share my experience I had today, I thought I had an appointment today but I didn't and Louise gave me her time from very busy schedule and helped me with details I needed.

  When you receive an email from NAB telling you to go into the branch, try to avoid going into the branch. When you go into the branch, they tell you to call the NAB phone line. There is no way of booking an appointment with the bank manager unless you go into the branch. There is no phone number or way to book an appointment on line. Time waster.

  Slowest branch in the history of BANK. Staffs takes so casually that I’ve never came out of this place unti an hour of cursing myself.
